Uncovered truck loads

Do you ever wonder why the roads to the Yarmouth Disposal Area are often covered with litter?  Much of it flies out of uncovered truck loads.  Truck loads, whether in a commercial vehicle or a pick up truck, must be secured according to Massachusetts state law, G.L. Ch. 85, sec. 36.  Please cover your load!
